The fear of the Lord is to hate evil

I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills.  My help cometh from the Lord who made heaven and earth.

God has given as two ears and one mouth so that we listen twice as much as we speak

Life can get complicated for us at times.  We need to take time to appreciate the joys we have been given such as the lovely rainbow I saw on my way to chapel today.  Thank you Lord for all your gifts.

Put peace into each other’s hands like bread that we break for sharing.  Look people warmly in the eye.  Our life is meant for caring.
