God has given as two ears and one mouth so that we listen twice as much as we speak

Life can get complicated for us at times.  We need to take time to appreciate the joys we have been given such as the lovely rainbow I saw on my way to chapel today.  Thank you Lord for all your gifts.

Put peace into each other’s hands like bread that we break for sharing.  Look people warmly in the eye.  Our life is meant for caring.

True hope is to be found in the birth of our saviour, the light of the world.

Faith does not always mean God changes your situation.  Sometimes it means He changes you.

We owe it to God to make the most of each and to strive to reach our full potential whatever it may be.
