The country chapel with a warm welcome.

08 June: Messy Church

Connon Chapel celebrated Pentecost with an afternoon  Messy Church.  We talked about God’s Spirit being like the wind, like breath and gentle as a dove. We explored these ideas with a multicoloured parachute, we made wind socks, doves of all sizes and colours and even got sprayed by a shaken up bottle of lemonade.
There were songs, games and lots of laughter and James played his French Horn. Balloons seemed to be everywhere. There were twenty adults and ten children.
A great Tea was enjoyed by everyone and we look forward to the next Messy Church in September.
